Step by Step Assembly
- Score each fold line well with your bone folder on the two cardstock pillars. Adhere the DSP pieces to the pillars with Stampin’ Seal. Use Tear and Tape or liquid glue to assemble the pillars.
- Score each fold line well with your bone folder on the two cardstock frames. Adhere the DSP pieces to the frames with Stampin’ Seal. Use Tear and Tape or Liquid Glue to assemble the frames.
- Add some Liquid glue to one lower edge of the pillar, no more than an inch in width, then center the pillar on the narrow side section of the frame so the edges align, then the card will be able to stand up when dry. Repeat the Liquid glue process to the other end of the same side of the pillar. Apply a mini binder clip on each end to allow the pillar to dry well.
- Repeat the gluing process for the other pillar but you will need to apply glue on both ends of the pillar so it can be placed inside the frame on the other narrow section. Once the pillar is centered, apply the mini binder clips.
- While the tower pillar card base is drying, go ahead and stamp your chosen sentiment on the back layer of Basic White. Adhere the Basic White layer to the Gorgeous Grape layer.
- Cut out your chosen 3” square image from the Love Notes DSP selection, then trim down to 2 ½” square. Adhere the chosen image to the 2 ¾” square of Gorgeous Grape. Apply Dimensionals in each corner of the double layer square only.
- By now your card base should be sufficiently dry, so the binder clips can be removed.
- Using Stampin’ Seal, affix the top and bottom sections of the back layer to the laying flat card base.
- Flip card base over and apply the front image doing your best to equally space it between the two frames.
- With your Take Your Pick Tool affix 2 gems in the upper left corner of the front frame and 2 gems on the lower right corner.
- Adhere the DSP to the envelope flap and trim with scissors.
