FEBRUARY 2026 CELEBRATE SPRING

For February’s kit, I made 4 alternate designs of 3 cards each. Additional information is above each row of photos.
This Off the Edge Easter card was so fun to make. I cut one of the Shy Shamrock colored card bases in half and then scored the long side at 2 3/4″ to make the base. Next the base went in the retired Tasteful Textures Embossing Folder and my die cutting machine.
Then I took another sheet of the card kit that had a pink oval with a yellow patterned edge. I cut off the edge design leaving the pink oval. Using Pretty in Pink ink and a Blending brush, I added a little more color to the inside of the oval.
The cross was stamped in Pecan Pie ink using a very retired stamp set called Crosses of Hope. The cross was fussy cut out with scissors and raised up on Dimensionals. The best hint of all is to lay your envelope down on your craft surface, place the folded base on it, then you’ll be able to see where to adhere the wreath on the base so it will still fit in an A2 envelope! Affix a few sequins around the wreath.
A scrap of Basic White was stamped with Pecan Pie ink and a stamp from a retired set called Daffodil Daydream. Used a retired Postage Stamp punch to make the tag with a little extra punching to narrow the tag’s look.
The greeting inside was from the Welcome Easter stamp set in Pecan Pie ink. The envelope was one that came in the kit.

This Faux Dutch Door Easter Greetings card is so cute, if I do say so myself. The large bunny, egg cluster, card base and inside tag came from the kit. Other products both current and retired came from my collection of Stampin’ Up! supplies.
The very first thing to do is fussy cut the “dutch door” with scissors following the flowers going all the way to the fold line.
With a 4″ square piece of Balmy Blue cardstock, emboss with retired Cloudy Day Embossing Folder. Adhere it to the upper portion of the card front. Open the card and scotch taped where the “dutch door” and the Balmy Blue came together. HINT – the reason for the scotch tape is to allow some space for the rabbits to be tucked behind the door and above the flowers.
With the inside still open, adhere a piece of True Blue Florals Designer Series Paper cut 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ to the left inside panel to cover up how the magical Faux Dutch Door card was made! Stamp the tag with Pecan Pie ink and sentiment from retired Basket Bunch stamp set. Adhere flat with your choice of adhesives.
Now back to the card front! With a scrap of Basic White and Pecan Pie ink, stamp the small bunny from the retired Basket Bunch stamp set and die cut out with the retired Basket Builder Dies. Using a light Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends pen, color the inner ears, nose and bow tie. Apply Dimensionals to the small and large bunny so they will be raised up on the card front. Use a little liquid glue on the legs and bottom edge so the bunnies will stay when you tuck them behind the flower patch. Finish the large bunny with a double bow using the baker’s twine that came with the kit and a glue dot.
Stamp two patches of grass with the enclosed Shy Shamrock ink spot near the bottom edge of the card front. Using Dimensionals adhere the group of eggs on top of the grass.
With a scrap of Basic White, stamp in Balmy Blue ink the greeting from retired Fable Friends stamp set. Using the paper trimmer, trim edges so the tag resembles what is shown in the photo. With scissors cut a banner end. Affix with Dimensionals. Finish by adding some of the sequins included with the kit. The envelope shown comes from the kit.

The “Just for You” Easter Basket card below has a lot of texture on the front. This is a WOW card for sure!
In addition to kit supplies, the following current products (as of this writing) were used: Mossy Meadow ink and cardstock cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″ and a 1″ x 3″ strip, and Cute as a Bug Designer Series Paper (DSP) cut at 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ plus a strip 1/2″ x 4″ wide for the inner card, Nature’s Walk DSP cut 2 1/4″ x 6″ for envelope flap, plus Stampin’ Blends in Old Olive and Daffodil Delight & Memento ink.
Retired products used were the Basket Weave Embossing Folder, Colored Doilies, Fringe Scissors, Suite Sayings stamp set, and Unbounded Love stamp set.
A few tips for you: 1) I stamped the “Just for You” directly on the DSP with Mossy Meadow ink. 2) The doily was glued with the color side down, white is on the back side and I wanted a subtle touch added to the card. 3) The colored and fussy cut daffodil was scotch taped to the back side of the basket allowing the leaves and bloom to be on top of the handle, followed by the fringed grass. I made some diagonal cuts to the grass and used a bone folder to curve it a bit. 4) The basket was raised up on Dimensionals, along with the flowers, plus the included sequins were added at the end.

The Happy Birthday card below was made with all kit pieces, except the January 2026 Product of the Month, Fabulous Sayings stamp set was used for the greeting.

AUGUST 2025 FARMHOUSE FLORALS

When I saw all the great alternative designs others had made I got myself a kit and went to town.
Top Row – A Gate Fence card with a two part message. Added a backing with floral designer series paper (DSP) for a fun split front effect. The last one, I cut a slit in the top of the typewriter to create this pull out message just like someone would have typed it!
Bottom Row – First card was mounted on some extra designer series paper and enjoyed a sentiment stamped right on the card front. When the card is opened the recipient will get a fun surprise inside! Second card was an easel card, but I loved the window effect. I also stamped direct on the window piece. Pecan Pie gave the base and also used was the Everyday Happiness DSP.

JULY 2025 SWEETER WITH YOU

The Sweeter with You cards below were easy alternative designs to extend the number of cards the kit made. I split some of the card bases and that way I increased my cards from 8 to 12 that are shown here. Using color coordinated cardstock helped pull out the colors of each fruity design. The red gingham designer series paper was from a long retired pack of fruity influenced papers. The card that has two strawberries in the middle are actually wobblers to make an interactive card. They are a lot of fun to make move. The card insides also had a strip of coordinating paper or a strawberry stamped inside.

JUNE 2025 FULL OF CHARM

The Full of Charm cards below were easy alternative designs to extend the number of cards the kit made. I split some of the card bases and that way I increased my cards from 9 to 15. Using color coordinated cardstock helped pull out the colors of each floral design. I also used the new Floral Charm Suite to stamp a few flowers on the inner card layers and modify the sentiments.

APRIL 2025 INKED OCCASIONS
The Inked Occasions Kit was designed to make 9 cards, but I got 18 using by cutting the card bases in half on the score line and combining with other cardstock bases. I made 3 of each card design shown here. I was inspired by many designs I saw online, but these ended up being originals due to one thing or another. I combined retired ribbon, other stamp sets, added cardstock layers, used an embossing folder, and even did a fun fold. The cakes came from the Wildflower Specialty Designer Series Paper that also had some punch out shapes.
I was most happy with the first Thinking of You card where I spot glued that intricate laser cut image on the card front, but then slipped it into a clear envelope, folded over the edges and secured them with tear and tape. Then with more tear and tape attached that layer to a thick basic white cardstock base. That way the laser image won’t get damaged when sliding into an envelope.

MARCH 2025 DAISY DAYDREAM
The Daisy Daydream Kit was designed to make 9 cards, but I got 18 using some additional supplies from my stash. I am only showing the 12 separate designs as I made some duplicates. I was inspired by many other designs I saw online, but there are some originals shown too. I hope these designs inspire you to explore your creativity while working with your Paper Pumpkin kit.

DECEMBER 2024 NOTES FROM THE HEART
This nine card kit made three cards of each design, but I made them very similar to the directions but with a few tweaks.
The Peony Thank You card has a Z fold front and the Sweetly Scripted stamp set “a million thanks” stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black in along the scalloped edge.
The Fern Happy Birthday Card had the fern raised up on dimensionals and two pieces of Pecan Pie plaid Designer Series Paper pieced to make a textured card front.
The Blackberries Get Well Soon Card has a layer of Blackberry Bliss cardstock embossed with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder for added texture behind the berries and vellum.

OCTOBER 2024 NESTS OF CHRISTMAS
The Nests of Christmas kit had 2 designs of 5 cards each. I made the cards almost according to the directions. There was another piece of pine bough that was supposed to go in the upper left corner on both cards, but I thought that was too much. The card with the red robin, I rotated to be a Portrait view. The two bird card is made as directed except for that extra bough. The two cards on the right used the punched out arch piece and the two remaining tags along with The Gold Dipped Mix and Match Cards and Envelopes and some trees from the A Little Bit Festive 12″x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper.

AUGUST 2024 TIME FOR CAKE
These three cards were only changed in minimal ways. The card on the left has flat iridescent circles on the top of the cake. The middle card has a Night of Navy layer added 3 3/4″ x 5″. The right fold out card was placed on a Petal Pink card base with a Basic White layer inside for the personalized message. The Night of Navy printed layer was trimmed down to 4″ x 5 1/4″. I also used scotch tape to secure the rose gold twine to the back of the fold out section.

JULY 2024 PAINTED PETALS
This kit was one of my favorites of 2024. I loved playing the the pieces and mixing and matching them. There was playing with color, die cuts, adding layers of Designer Series Paper and even having fun making a layered shadowbox for a home decor item.

MAY 2024 THE BEST THERE IS
This collection of alternate cards totaled 20 when I was finished, but I’m only showing the individual designs, as I made duplicates of some. I used pieces from the kit as well as supplies from my own stash. I also used the second quarter Add-On Die (the elongated hexagon) to try a couple different things with. I’m especially fond of my “shirt” card. It was fun to create and experiment with that design.
