Step by Step Assembly

  • Prepare and score Flirty Flamingo card base.
  • Adhere the 5 sections of Made with Love DSP pieces using Stampin’ Seal to the card base as shown.
  • Adhere the very front 1 ¼” section flap down with Stampin’ Seal after DSP has been placed on the next section.
  • Adhere the Basic White inner layer about 1/8” away from the 1” DSP piece on the outer portion of the card back.
  • With your Die Cutting machine, die cut the Red Glimmer and Basic White Arches, die cut the letters for HELLO using the Mini Alphabet dies.
  • With the Basic White arch, apply the HELLO letters using glue and do your best to space them evenly and keep them level. Next with Flirty Flamingo ink stamp the “sending you”. Follow with Real Red ink and stamp the “LOVE”.
  • Using the Extraordinary Flora Washi tape, adhere a pink section to a piece of Basic White cardstock. Die cut one set of the pink florals, so you will have the larger flowers to choose from. Select the flower you like and add two Dimensionals to the reverse side then apply to the Basic White arch at the bottom. Now you can use Liquid Glue to adhere the Basic White to the Red Glimmer paper. I suggest you place a book or clear stamp blocks to weigh the two layers down and let dry.
  • When the two-layer tag is dry, then use Liquid glue to adhere to card front at an angle if you desire.
  • Adhere the DSP to the envelope flap and trim with scissors.

Final Thoughts

This 4 Panel Valentine Z Fun Fold Card proves that interactive cards don’t have to be intimidating. Once you understand the fold, you can customize it for birthdays, anniversaries, encouragement, or even holiday themes just by switching up your Designer Series Paper and sentiment. It’s a strong addition to your “repeatable layouts” collection—the kind you’ll come back to again and again when you want something special but doable.

And let’s be honest: handmade love notes never go out of style.
