What Comes in a Paper Pumpkin Box?

Every Paper Pumpkin Crafting Kit will bring you a lot of value each month. About 10 months of the year it is a card making kit that makes 8 or 9 cards, but twice a year there may be a set of treat boxes for Valentines or Halloween.

With your first kit you will receive a clear stamp block to use again and again. Each themed kit includes a theme-coordinated photopolymer stamp set (that you use the clear stamp block with), a matching color-coordinated ink spot, card bases that are pre-scored, matching envelopes, bling adhesive dots, embellishments, twine or ribbon, foam dimensionals and glue dot adhesives. You’ll find the How – to instructions on the opposite side of the backing board the kit is on.

When you are all finished with your projects, you still have the clear block, stamp set, and ink spot to use again for more creative projects.

All you will need to supply is a pair of scissors, a bottle of Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, and some scotch tape occasionally.

Which Type of Subscription Should I Purchase?

Stampin' Up!s Paper Pumpkin price chart as of May 2, 2023.

Option One: Month-to-Month (Pay as you go)

This option is great if you just want to try one month before saying yes to another month. Do you see the fine print that says “Shipping included”, so the only additional cost will be your state sales tax.

When you click on the link below you will arrive at the official website that is separate from Stampin’ Up!s Online Store. You will need to establish your free online account. Enter your credit card number so it will be on file. Then you can select one kit. The link already has me designated as your demonstrator. The image below the link is what you will see at

Option Two: Pre-Paid Subscriptions (A Two Step Process)

STEP 1 – This option is great if you have seen other crafters sharing their Paper Pumpkin kit projects with you or you’ve seen postings online. Or you know you are going to love it and want to get your delivery by mail every month.

Please Note: In my math examples below I am not taking into account your state sales tax since that is paid directly to your state government, but sales tax will be added to your order.

Now I am going to be completely honest with you about these Prepaids. The one and three month options are not the best bet for your hard earned dollar. Do you see the fine print that says “Shipping calculated at checkout”? Currently the Stampin’ Up! minimum amount for shipping is $7.95. Which means a one-month prepaid will cost $30.45 (ouch) and a three-month prepaid will cost you $75.45 (divide that by 3 = $25.15 per month.)

Your better value for your dollar are the six or 12 month prepaids. The 6-month prepaid is $122.50 x 11% shipping ($13.48) for a grand total of $135.98 divided by 6 months = $22.66 per month (better!).

The 12-month prepaid is $235.00. Wait a minute! They say you get one month free, but in my calculations you are getting two months free if you go by the month-to-month price of $23.50 x 10 = $235. Anyway, $235 x 11% shipping ($25.85) for a grand total of $260.85 divided by 12 months = $21.73 per month (cheapest deal of the bunch!). But here’s the best bonus! You will earn Stampin’ Rewards of $23.50 (10% of $235) because your order is over the $150 minimum to earn rewards. Wahoo! In my mind that means you actually get a 3rd month free and you get $23.50 in free products of your choice! To me this is the best deal of them all! A year of fun and bonus products too!

If you haven’t already set up your free Online Ordering Account, please follow the directions HERE and then click on the Paper Pumpkin Kits button to return to this page.

If you have evaluated and decided that a prepaid subscription is the way you want to go, you will make your selection in the Online Store at the button below.

STEP 2 – If you purchased a prepaid subscription, Stampin’ Up! will send you an email quickly to the email they have on file for you. If you don’t receive this email within an hour of your order, check your spam folder.

The email  from Stampin’ Up! will contain a special prepaid code you will copy and paste into the official Paper Pumpkin website (See the big red oval in the graphic below.) You will set up your free account there and then be able to activate your prepaid subscription. Then click Apply the prepaid code. To finalize everything entered, click the red Subscribe button to complete your registration and subscription.
